Let's kick this season off like we do most seasons with a Haiku.

“A haiku attempts to chronicle the essence of a moment in which nature is linked to human life. A well written haiku creates tension between contrasting elements, such as movement versus inactivity, nature versus humanity.”

Structure goes like this:
Line 1 = 5 Syllables
Line 2 = 7 syllables
Line 3 = 5 syllables

Example:

The old pond;
A frog jumps in
the sound of water
-Basho

Happy Writing!
